What you need:

1 cauliflower

1 egg

Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, pepper

oat meal flour (or whatever flour you have on hand)

1. Puree your cauliflower and strain out extra water in a mesh bag. In a large mixing bowl, throw in your pulverized cauliflower in a mixing bowl. Add in your seasonings and egg. Slowly add in a little bit of flour until it begins to stick together.

2. In a large cast iron or baking sheet, lay out your cauliflower dough. Shape and spread your dough into whatever shape and thickness you want.

3. In the oven, bake your crust on 400° for 15-20 mins until it begins to get a crispy gold. Take it out and let it cool. Add your sauce & toppings and toss it back in for another 15 mins.

And boom! You have a tasty, crunchy and savory pizza! Happy cooking!
